What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with a qualified crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel for the journey, and a selection of standard drinks and snacks. Different charters have unique inclusions — for example, sundown tours provide gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while business charters offer meeting amenities and customized catering.
When should I make my reservation?
We suggest booking your charter 2–3 weeks in advance to secure availability, especially during the high season (May–September). For business gatherings or private functions, aim to reserve your spot 4–6 weeks prior to the event to ensure availability and enable arrangements for personalization.
What is the protocol for adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is our first concern. If the captain determines that weather conditions are hazardous, an alternative date for your charter will be proposed, or we will provide a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours before your departure if the forecast is unfavorable.
May I bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer premium catering services and can tailor a menu to your liking. Please be aware that glass bottles are not allowed onboard for safety purposes.
Is it possible for individuals with mobility issues to access your yachts?
We are dedicated to accommodating all our guests. Some of our yachts are designed with accessibility in mind more than others. Discuss your specific needs with us at the time of your booking so that we can identify and prepare the most appropriate vessel for you.
How does the cancellation policy work?
If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or if the cancellation is due to mechanical issues on our end.
